Ehlers-Danlos National Foundation was established in 1985 to lead the search for knowledge about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome—a rare genetic connective tissue disorder—and to provide a community of supportive resources for people affected by EDS. EDNF creates and distributes accurate information about EDS, provides a network of support for people with EDS, and fosters and funds research into understanding and treating EDS.
